Taxes & Duties will not be included in the final amount of your order upon checkout. Shore is not in control of any country specific tariffs or duties imposed on your order by our respective government. Taxes + duties will likely be charged on your package by officials, the fee will be your responsibility. If you used a promotional code on your order, you will be charged taxes + duties on the original price of the items. We are legally obligated by Border Agencies to show the original price of items purchased on the shipping label.
INTERNATIONAL PO BOXES
We are unable to deliver to international Post Office (PO) box addresses. Our international courier can only accept deliveries to standard addresses.

PREORDER ITEMS are not eligible for Priority or Express Shipping, as these items often ship separately at a future delivery date.

SHORE REJUVENATION IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES // If your package arrives damaged, you must contact our Customer Care team within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Local Pick-Up: We offer local pick up in Sarasota, FL. You will receive a notification when your items are ready for pickup. Orders are typically ready for pickup 3 business days (excludes Saturday & Sunday) following the completion of your purchase.

 

Reserve In Store: We offer the option to try on clothing and footwear in our Sarasota location when you select this option at checkout. We recommend you select two sizes to try on as these items will be pulled from our warehouse and delivered to our Hawthorne Street location for your convenience. We require 3 business days notice from the time of your request to pull items from our warehouse and make them available for in store try-on.

 

Returns:
Free Returns For Store Credit Only For All U.S. Orders + No Restocking Fees. You Have 30 Days From The Date Of Fulfillment To Return Eligible Items.

How Will You Receive Your Store Credit:

Expect an emailed Account Credit voucher within 7-14 business days of the delivery of your return. Your Account Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at time of purchase. Account Credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed.

We only offer Account Credits for returns. We do not issue refunds to original method of payment.

Additional Return Details:

  • We only offer ACCOUNT CREDITS for returns. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment.
  • The amount of your Account Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the fulfillment date.
  • Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with tags intact.
  • Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks.
  • Account credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you can not apply the account credit before we have actually issued it to you.
  • During the Returns Process if an item is ineligible for a return, you will not be able to select that item for return. This will be all items past the policy time frame or ineligible items as outlined.
  • If an item is Ineligible for a Return and it is included, we will have to send back the Ineligible Item to you and you will be responsible for the return shipping.
  • Skincare, Beauty, & Fragrance are ineligible for returns/exchanges.
  • Accessories are ineligible for returns/exchanges (Jewelry, Hats, Scarves, Sunglasses, Makeup, Handbags + Belts).
  • Bodysuits and Intimates are ineligible for returns/exchanges
  • Swim Items are ineligible for returns/exchanges
  • Final Sale, and Flash Sale items are ineligible for returns/exchanges
  • Please allow 7-14 business days for return processing.
  • Once your return is processed, we will email you an Account Credit Voucher with your store credit that you can use on the website.
  • Account Credit expires after 3 years.
  • Free Return Labels are not applicable for In Store Purchases or Phone Orders.
  • We do not cover Return Shipping for International purchases, Puerto Rico Addresses, APO Addresses and PO Box Addresses.
