Orders + Preorders

Orders & Updates:

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email sent to the email associated with your order. Orders generally take 3 business days for processing and the order status will be listed as 'Unfulfilled' until it has shipped.

Once shipped, you will receive another email which will include the tracking number for your package.

You may check the history of your orders + current status by logging into your account.

We highly recommend reviewing all order information before submitting as we work hard to ensure that your order is processed + shipped as quickly as possible.

If your order status is 'Unfulfilled' - we may be able to make adjustments to your shipping address dependent on the fulfillment stage of your order. Please email our Customer Care team a call immediately at boutique@shorerejuvenation.com if your order requires an update. 

If your order status is ‘Fulfilled' - then unfortunately we are NOT able to make any changes as the order has already left our warehouse.

 

Preorders:

If you decide to Preorder an item on our website, please note the following:

  • Payment is charged immediately at checkout, not when the item ships!
  • Preordering is voluntary and all of our regular return policies apply. Please see our Refunds + Returns Page for details.
  • If you are ordering a Preorder item with an In-Stock item, you will only be charged Shipping once. We will not charge you again once your Preorder has shipped.
  • We communicate all details for Preorders on the Product page.
  • If at any time you need further details, please contact us and we will be happy to assist!
  • Our Preorder Items are restocks of our best-selling pieces and a selection of new Stylist Picks.
  • These are Special Ordered directly from our Vendors. Preorders can take anywhere from 1-8 weeks depending on the fabric, manufacturing, quantity and details of the item.
  • The date listed on the Preorder page is an approximation communicated by our manufacturer and we always update as more information is provided. If you do not see an update, then we do not have further information at this time.

 

Installment Payments:

Installment purchases (like Klarna) are subject to our standard Return Policy of Account Credit Only for items returned within 30 days of fulfillment. 

If you've returned your order - partial or full - and you haven't paid off all of your installments, then you will continue to pay off those installments until they are complete for the full purchase amount, and you will receive an Account Credit for the full amount of the item(s) being returned.

Please Note that Preorders, E-Gift Cards, International Orders and Orders that fall below $35 and above $1,000 DO NOT qualify for Klarna Payments.
